I am writing this as time winds down in the first half, but this is an unbelievable mess. Dallas scored on a 77-yard run on the Cowboys’ second offensive play, but that’s all they could muster until the very end of the first half. The Saints then treated the Cowboys’ defense as if it were melted butter, gaining 250 yards and scoring 21 unanswered points. Want a single statistic?

Drew Brees: 19/28, 199 yards, 2 TD, 0 Int.
Tony Romo: 4/11, 44 yards, 0 TD, 1 Int. And that is with some padding at the end of the half.
