Questions Waiting for Answers

I’ve listened to all of the podcasts this week, but there is simply not much news on the Cowboys front. Some quick hits:

* Tank Johnson has been cleared to practice.
* Greg Ellis may start on Sunday.
* Terrell Owens is showing signs of frustration, but is not yet lashing out.

With that, let’s move to the questions.

Question #1

It probably isn’t worth hounding the Cowboys about this, given that Dallas started slow in all five wins this year. Nevertheless, Dallas gave up 14 points in a slow first quarter last week, and this turned out to be, in reality, a 14-point loss (discounting that last score for sake of argument here).

Question #2

The penalties could end up being more problematic than the slow starts. Not sure what the answer is, though.

Question #3

Not the type of question I usually ask, but I thought it was worth it given the recent loss. For the record, though, I should stress that I have complete confidence in the job he is doing. You know, in case you wondered.
