It also looks like it's time to let Terry Glen go given his age and injury problem. I'm not sold on Romo either. Next year will be a breakout year for him meaning at least a couple of playoff wins; otherwise, look for a new quarterback. I'm not solf on Phillips either but hopefully Garrett can step right in when the time comes.
